OUR MISSION

 

NiM Consulting & Supervision was created in 2012 with a precise idea in mind: support its partners in delivering projects all around the world by providing reliable, trustworthy, and flexible support to all possible engineering and project management needs arising on the field. 
Our team of experts is comprised of highly skilled engineers and project managers who have a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. We work closely with our clients to understand their unique requirements and provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. 

 

With the experience we gained in the first 10 years of activity, we understood that site activities, especially the ones happening at a distance from the company headquarter or office, are the one with the highest degree of incertitude and difficulty to manage and control. 
Difficulties can arise for different factors: remoteness of the location, scarce availability of field engineers, duration of the site activities, diversity of engineering activities involved in the project execution, and so on. 
So sometimes, even if projects are planned beforehand to perfection, they clash with the reality, and any difficulty or delay has an obvious financial implication. 
 

OUR STRATEGY

How can we ensure that project execution and delivery will meet all quality, timing, and financial targets? By implementing the motto “plan your work, work your plan”!  
The planning phase is not only a task of putting actions in a logical sequence but it’s also the period of time in which we familiarize with the products or machines that we will be delivering to final user. This is for us the best way to ensure that project management or site supervision will be perfectly aware of all that’s happening and will be able to raise red flags if any risk is detected. 
 
At NiM Consulting & Supervision, we believe that communication is key to the success of any project. That's why we maintain an open and transparent communication channel with our clients throughout the project lifecycle. We provide regular progress updates and ensure that our clients are fully informed at every stage of the project. 
Our commitment to safety and quality is second to none. We follow strict safety guidelines and adhere to industry standards to ensure that our projects are safe and compliant. We also maintain a rigorous quality control process to ensure that our work meets the highest standards of quality. 
All the components of our engineering team are constantly trained on many different subjects that can be helpful for our activities: whilst project management is a must (either PMP or Prince2), we ensure constant training on IT infrastructures, electrical engineering, civil engineering and so on. 
 

OUR DAILY LIFE

The life in NiM Consulting & Supervision is always challenging and stimulating, but all the management team acknowledges that it is not exactly what nowadays is defined as a comfortable: not only we are all always facing new and (sometimes) unforeseen situations, but we are also spending long periods traveling all around the world, from project to project, in any kind of environment. We are extremely grateful to all our team for their commitment to excellence and for striving to exceed our clients' expectations on every project.

As trained project managers, we decided to embrace and apply the Code of Ethics and Professional conducts formulated by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

The guidelines included in this code are observed by everybody at NiM Consulting & Supervision and applied at any moment during our working life.
